If you're experiencing issues connecting your Facebook Page, it's important to ensure that you have the correct level of access. Follow the steps below to confirm your admin permissions:

Confirming Your Admin Permissions:

  1. Navigate to Your Facebook Page: Start by going to your Facebook Page.

  2. Access Page Settings: Click on "Settings & Privacy," then select "Settings."

  3. Check New Pages Experience: Inside the settings, find "New Pages Experience" and click on it.

  4. Verify Page Access: In the "Page Access" section, check if there is a Business Account Manager listed.

    • If you see a Business Account Manager listed, you will need to confirm that you have "Full Control" admin permissions in the Facebook Business Manager.

  5. Confirm Full Control Access: To confirm "Full Control" access, go to Facebook Business Manager, then navigate to "People." Ensure that "Full Control" access is listed under your Facebook name.

    • Select your business account.

    • Navigate to "People" and ensure that "Full Control" access is listed under your Facebook name.

    • To grant access to individuals who work with you:

      • Click "Add People" in the "People" section.

      • Enter the email addresses or names of the individuals you wish to grant access to.

      • Assign appropriate roles and permissions for each individual.

      • Click "Add" to give them access to the account.

That's it! By following these steps, you can verify that you have the necessary permissions to manage connections for your Facebook Page in the New Page Experience.
