Step by Step on how to add new users
Click on your profile picture at the top right corner.
Click on "company settings"
Click on the "access" button. Make sure to be the owner of the company and not an invited user. Only company owners will have access to invite other users. Check the image below for reference👇
Click on the "+ Invite user to..." button. Check the image below for reference👇
Introduce the email of the user you want to invite to join your company.
If the invited user doesn't have a Followr account yet, he will receive an email inviting him to create an account.
If the user you just invited already has an account created, he/she will now be able to see the company he/she was invited to in the company menu. Check the image below for reference👇
Each company is managed independently. You can invite a user to one company and not to another. In case you want an invited user to have access to all companies, you must invite him/her individually to each of them.
Invited users have all the same permissions as company owners except for the following sections:
Billing section (they can see their own billing section, not the billing section of the company owner)
We will be working on implementing more limitations and roles for guest users. Please feel free to upvote that idea in our feedback section.
