It is not very common to happen, but if eventually when you want to enter Followr, your screen shows gray in full as in the picture below, with no possibility to navigate to any other site within Followr, it is most likely that your browser is not being able to correctly update the latest Followr updates.
Most of the time, it's just a matter of waiting until your browser automatically updates, but in order to fix it quickly it's as simple as deleting your cookies. Here's how you can do it:
Deleting cookies
Go to https://app.followr.ai
On the left of the URL box, you will see a padlock icon (or a similar icon
).Click on that icon and select where it says cookies
Then go to where it says Manage cookies
Delete those cookies from app.followr.ai
Refresh the website
Done! You should now be able to see all Followr features once again.
Alternative methods
If you don't want to delete your cookies, other options can be:
Using another browser
Using Followr through an incognito tab.
