Q: Does this platform support adding alt text to images during the creation of the social media post?

A: We do not support Alt text at the moment but it's considered to be added in the Roadmap


Q: Is it possible to create social posts from published blog posts?

A: Absolutely, you can achieve that. The recommended approach would be to copy and paste the content from your published blog posts into the "Create from Raw Text" feature. Specify the number of social posts you want and customize their characteristics as needed. You can also use the "Create from URL" Feature.


Q: As the account owner, do I always have access to other users' companies (workspace)? Can I add a user with a private workspace?

A: Yes, as the account owner in Followr, you have access to all the companies under that account. When you add a user to a company, that user will only be able to view and work within that specific company. If you want them to work in additional companies, you'll need to add them to those as well. You can create companies and assign managers (users) to them based on your organizational needs.


Q: Are we able to add tags to a post for filter purposes, such as "Mondays," "Wednesday," "Inspirational," or "Shout-out" to organize the created post backlog?

A: Currently, you can't add tags to posts for filtering purposes in Followr. However, this feature is planned for the roadmap under the "Autopilot" functionality. In the future, you'll likely be able to organize your created posts with tags for better management.


Q: If I have one company with multiple channels and 5 different brands per company, does a company represent a single unique user?

A: If you have one company with multiple channels and five different brands, you'll need to create five separate companies, each dedicated to a specific brand. This is important for Followr's AI to generate valuable and tailored content for each individual brand. Additionally, ensure that you assign the appropriate users to each company as needed.


Q: How many Instagram accounts can be added for 1 business?

A: You can add one Instagram account for each company. If you have multiple businesses or brands, you'll need to create separate companies for each and associate the respective Instagram accounts.


Q: On tier 4, what is the price for more users? Is it the Agency Plan?

A: Additional Users are $15/month, and Additional Companies are $12/month. Yes, it's the Agency Plan, which provides 20 users and 20 companies.


Q: Is it possible to get Tier 5 or more (100 or 200 companies or even unlimited)?

A: No, the maximum is our Agency plan. To have more than 20 companies, you should get more than just our Agency plan


Q: I don't need AI to generate content. Can I use your tool for scheduling and publishing daily content on social media, particularly LinkedIn?

A: Yes, you can! You can create a copy from scratch or paste content for your docs and schedule them on LinkedIn or the platform you prefer. If you don't need AI, my suggestion would be to get the Essential or Pro Plan, depending on your company needs. If you need more than 2 companies, you'll need Team or Agency Plan.


Q: On Tier 4, does the 1,000,000 AI words per month apply in total or per user?

A: Per month.


Q: Can it be used on a mobile phone easily? Through a browser, or is there any app?

A: The tool can be used through a browser on a mobile phone, and there is no separate app.


Q: Do you have any option for a Tier with unlimited companies instead of 20 companies (social sets)?

A: Currently, we don't have an option for unlimited companies, but we'll consider it for the future. For now, we recommend multiple agency plans to accommodate your needs.


Q: If I have Tier 4 (Agency Plan), do I get access to agency features and updates now and in the future?

A: Yes, customers who access the Agency plan will have access to all features and updates now and in the future.


Q: Do you have examples of animated images generated by DALL·E 3?

A: We currently do not support animated images, but we are considering adding this feature, especially if DALL·E supports it. You can create non-animates images with AI.


Q: Is there a program used to create images, and if so, which version of DALL·E is used?

A: The images are created using DALL·E 3.


Q: For the highest tier (Agency plan), will there be a post approval feature for users/team members?

A: Currently, users already have permissions based on their roles. As more features are introduced, additional permissions, including post approval, will be considered and implemented accordingly.


Q: What are AI word credits used for?

A: AI word credits are used to generate AI content, AI images, including text for your posts, descriptions, titles, etc.


Q: Why is there no information on how many AI images can be generated?

A: Currently, each image consumes 400 AI words. For example, in the Agency Plan, which offers 1,000,000 AI words per month, you could generate approximately 2500 images.


Q: If I purchase Plan PRO, how many AI images can I generate? Are the 20,000 AI words used for generating text content like posts, descriptions, and titles?

A: In Plan PRO, you could generate approximately 50 AI images. The 20,000 AI words are used for generating text content such as posts, descriptions, titles, etc.


Q: What is the storage limit for the media library, and is there a file size limit?

A: Currently, there are no storage limits for the media library. Any changes to this policy will be transparently communicated if necessary. You can download all generated images in Followr.


Q: Are there plans to add a comments and replies feature to messages?

A: Yes, we plan to introduce a "social hub" feature that will include the ability to comment and reply to messages, along with AI suggestions for responses.


Q: Is there a plan to add an ad manager and integration for Activepieces?

A: Yes, we are considering adding an ad manager in the future. However, integration with Activepieces is not currently in our plans.


Q: Has the idea of adding a URL shortener been considered?

A: Yes, we are considering adding a URL shortener, but we want to carefully evaluate its value before implementation.


Q: Is there a storage limit for the media library, and will tags be introduced for media?

A: Currently, there are no storage limits for the media library. The introduction of tags for media is in our future plans.


Q: Is there a plan for a social monitoring solution?

A: Yes, social monitoring is in our future plans, but we want to ensure we offer a comprehensive and well-executed solution.


Q: Are there plans to create AI-generated videos?

A: Currently, it is not in our plans, but the idea of incorporating AI-generated videos is intriguing, and we will consider it in future updates, of course.


Q: Is there a plan to add a post approval feature?

A: While not currently on our roadmap, we appreciate the suggestion and will consider it carefully to improve Followr.


Q: Is it possible to generate base content that simultaneously adapts to different channels?

A: Yes, it is possible. You can create content for one social channel and then adapt it to other channels by selecting the "Create from existing" option.


Q: Are there plans to add a tag option in the media library?

A: Yes, the introduction of tags in the media library is in our future plans.


Q: Is there a plan for a social monitoring solution?

A: Yes, social monitoring is in our future plans, but we want to ensure we offer a comprehensive and well-executed solution.


Q: Do all plans have access to integration with Canva?

A: Currently, Followr integrates with Vista Create, not Canva. Integration with Canva is not in our current plans, but this may change if Users demand it.


Q: Are there plans to add a white-labeling option?

A: Yes, there are requests for white-labeling functionality, but we currently do not have estimated dates for implementation.


Q: Are the AI models used GPT-3.5 or GPT-4?

A: Currently, we are using the GPT-3.5 model for AI words and DALL-E 3 for AI images.


Q: Are there plans to add more integrations, such as Vkontakte?

A: Yes, we have plans to add more integrations, although we have not specifically studied Vkontakte as a potential integration.


Q: Are there plans to add a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) option?

A: It could be an option in the future, but it requires significant development. We'll have news on this topic really soon!


Q: Are there plans to add a comments and replies feature to messages?

A: Yes, we plan to introduce a "social hub" feature that will include the ability to comment and reply to messages, along with AI suggestions for responses.


Q: Can I connect multiple social media accounts under one Followr account?

A:Yes, you can connect multiple social media accounts under one Followr account.


Q: Can Followr auto-tag followers on Facebook posts?

A: No, Followr doesn't currently support auto-tagging followers or @everyone on Facebook posts.


Q: Is Tier 1 enough if I only need scheduling and posting features?

A: Yes, Tier 1 (Essential) is sufficient if you only need scheduling and posting functionalities.


Q: Does Followr have a built-in holiday calendar for scheduling posts?

A: Not yet, Followr doesn't have a built-in holiday calendar, but you can manually schedule posts for specific dates. We do have a Calendar integrated and Autopilot will create posts for that events


Q: Do you have plans for API or Zapier integration? A:

Yes, API and Zapier integration are planned for the future, as per the public roadmap.


Q: Can I integrate Followr with GPTs like ChatGPT?

A: Not directly, but you can create content in ChatGPT and then schedule it through Followr. Followr doesn't manage replies to posts or comments yet.


Q: Can I set word limits for specific users?

A: This feature is being considered.


Q: Does Followr support Reddit?

A: Not currently, but you can suggest it in the feedback section.


Q: Can I create and schedule Twitter threads?

A: Yes, you can create threads on Twitter and schedule them, but the process isn't fully automated yet. Followr doesn't support Threads on Meta's new social media platform.


Q: How many Twitter accounts can I connect on Essential?

A: Essential only allows one Twitter account. Pro, Team, and Agency plans support multiple accounts.


Q: Does Followr support web stories?

A: Not currently, but they're considering it based on Google's developments.


Q: Does Followr support Thai language?

A: Yes.


Q: Do today purchasers get access to all features on the roadmap?

A: Today purchasers will have access to the features available at the time of purchase, not necessarily everything on the roadmap.


Q: Does Followr have an auto-pilot feature?

A: No, an auto-pilot feature is not currently available but will be very soon


Q: What social media platforms does Followr support?

A: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Medium. YouTube is planned for the future.


Q: Can I upload videos to Followr?

A: Yes, you can upload videos in MP4 and MOV formats.



Q: Does the word count limit renew monthly or is it a one-time limit?

A: The word count limit renews every month.


Q: Can I use my own API key for the AI?

A: No, you don't need to use your own API key. You can simply log in and start using the AI features. We may have news on this topic soon.


Q: Does the Agency plan include Chatbros Growth? A: No, Chatbros is no longer included in any of the plans as it's being discontinued.


Q: What happens if I need to manage more than 20 companies on the Agency plan?

A: Currently, you'll need to purchase additional plans to accommodate more than 20

companies. However, Followr may consider extending the limit in the future if there's significant demand.


Q: Can I delete a company to free up a spot on the Agency plan?

A: Yes, if you delete a company, it will free up a spot for another one.


Q: Does Followr support Romanian content?

A: Yes, Followr supports Romanian content. You can select Romanian as the main language during the onboarding process.


Q: Can I reply to comments or access an all-in-one inbox within Followr?

A: No, these features aren't currently available, but they're on the roadmap for future development. It's called "Social hub"


Q: Can I post to Facebook groups and profiles, or only to pages?

A: Posting on Facebook is limited to pages only.


Q: Will there be an API to schedule posts?

A: An API for scheduling posts is planned, but the specifications are still being determined. You can check the roadmap for updates: https://followr.sleekplan.app/roadmap


Q: Does Followr work in Spanish? A: Yes, Followr works seamlessly in Spanish.


Q: Will Followr support Indonesian language queries?

A: Followr has noted the request for improved Indonesian language query support.
