YouTube has three levels of verification, and the features available to you depend on which level you’ve reached. These levels are:
Standard
Intermediate
Advanced
We recommend that at least the Intermediate features be enabled. These features are easy to enable; however, it is just a simple matter of applying for them. Here is how:

How to enable YouTube's Intermediate and Advanced features
Navigate to your channel page and click on "Channel status and features".
You will see a list of available features. Note that in our case, we have all 3 feature groups enabled.
If your Intermediate or Advanced features are not enabled, you can expand and apply for them.
Can you publish without features enabled using Followr? Absolutely. We do, however, recommend that you at least enable intermediate features, as it will allow you to publish longer videos and customize thumbnails.
⚡ Extra notes
You only need to verify once per account.
If you just verified, it might take a little while before the API lets you use the new limits and capabilities.
If your account is under restrictions (copyright strikes, community guideline issues), custom thumbnails might still be disabled until the restriction expires.

Cómo habilitar las funciones intermedias y avanzadas de YouTube
Ve a la página de tu canal y haz clic en "Estado y funciones del canal".
Verás una lista de funciones disponibles. En nuestro caso, tenemos habilitados los 3 grupos de funciones.
Si tus funciones intermedias o avanzadas no están habilitadas, puedes expandir la opción y solicitarlas.
¿Puedes publicar en Followr sin tener habilitadas estas funciones?
¡Absolutamente! Sin embargo, recomendamos que al menos habilites las funciones intermedias, ya que te permitirán publicar videos más largos y personalizar las miniaturas.
⚡ Notas adicionales
Solo necesitas verificar una vez por cuenta.
Si acabas de verificar, puede tardar un poco antes de que la API te permita usar los nuevos límites y capacidades.
Si tu cuenta está bajo restricciones (por ejemplo, advertencias de copyright o problemas con las normas de la comunidad), las miniaturas personalizadas podrían seguir deshabilitadas hasta que la restricción expire.
