Overview

Welcome to the next step in achieving full automation in social media management with Followr.ai! We are excited to introduce our new feature: Autolisting Rules. This is the second crucial step towards realizing our vision of Autopilot social media management.

Recap: The TAGS Feature

Before diving into Autolisting Rules, it's important to revisit our TAGS feature. If you haven't already mastered using tags, we encourage you to do so now, as it plays a critical role in setting up your Autolisting Rules.

How to Create an Autolisting Rule

To automate your posts effectively, you need to have an organized tagging system in place. For this guide, we'll walk you through creating a rule to post every Monday morning on LinkedIn, ensuring your followers are reminded of your presence as the new workweek begins.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Ensure Your Posts are Tagged:

    • Before creating rules, make sure your posts are properly tagged. If you need to review how to tag posts, refer back to our TAGS feature guide.

  2. Creating the Rule:

    • Navigate to the Autolisting Rules section in your dashboard.

    • Click on "Create Rule."

  3. Name Your Rule:

    • Give your rule a descriptive name, such as "Monday LinkedIn Posts."

  4. Select Tags:

    • Choose the tags you've assigned to the posts you want to automate. For our example, select tags related to professional content for LinkedIn.

  5. Set Schedule:

    • Select the day and time you want the posts to go live. For our scenario, choose Monday morning.

    • Optionally, you can add a delay to the post.

  6. Confirm the Rule:

    • Click "CONFIRM" to finalize your rule.

Managing Your Autolisting Rule

Once created, you will see your rule in the dashboard marked as "Paused."

  • Activate the Rule:

    • To activate the rule, click the "Play" button.

  • Pause or Edit:

    • You can pause the automation at any time by clicking "Pause."

    • To make changes to your rule, click "Edit."

Conclusion

Autolisting Rules are a powerful tool to streamline your social media posting and ensure consistent engagement with your audience. By effectively utilizing tags and setting up strategic rules, you can maintain a robust social media presence with minimal manual effort.
