Log in to your Namecheap account
In the main dashboard, click “Domain List” from the left-hand menu.
Find the domain where you want to add the CNAME and click the “Manage” button.
At the top, click on the “Advanced DNS” tab.
Scroll down to the “Host Records” section.
Click “Add New Record.”
Fill in the fields for the new record that Followr provides you in the whitelabel settings:
Type: Select CNAME Record
Host: Enter the subdomain (e.g.,
socialor@if there is none)Value: Enter the destination domain (e.g.,
platform.followr.linkor the one provided by your platform)TTL: You can leave the default value (3600 seconds)
Click the ✅ checkmark or "Save all changes" to apply the changes.
DNS propagation may take between 5 minutes and 1 hour, though in some cases it might take a bit longer.
